Hi. I haven't posted here in a while. I have discovered a great mud called Hell Moo, courtesy of Gong Jhoo. This is an awesome mud, with sex, violence, teamwork, quests, contracts, radio stations, weapons, skills. You can connect at hellmoo.org, port 7777.
what's the concept of the game, what do you do?
i'm thinking about joining alter eon- but i dunno
You are in the post apocolypse, and you have to kill things, gain stuff, and level up.
would you help me get started if i signed up on their?
what kind of things do you kill. dragons and zombis and stuff?
So I tried adding this and it wouldn't connect for me. Is ther a certain way you must type in the mud name and so forth?
Yes, Emily, I will help you. Just add me to Skype if you have it. You can find my name in my profile on here.
Huntress: I checked what I wrote virsus the stuff on the site, and they match. I don't know your issue.
Oh I know exactly what I did wrong, I coppied and pasted the host, forgetting to delete the comma. Oops lol
i don't actually use skype, bassplayer. but i do have twitter and email
my twitter's in my profile, and my email address... well it's not. if you want it then i suppose you have to ask me. lol
maybe I should go grind up another 100 k plus char in a few days. I miss this game, though played mainly the other version of hell.
If you guys need help with quests, odds are I can give you pointers.
I played Hell off and on a while back. My impression is, you need to be a serious mudder to get the most out of this game. It doesn't have to be RP, though you certainly can and it does help, but of course this isn't fantasy RP this is post-apocalyptic corporate owned sex and violence. If I have a few hours to throw at it again I'll probably give it another go: I have seemed to run out of money without any outstanding contracts to make dough on. I personally think you should stay with Enema for awhile, though I did not. Enema has quick easy contracts to make money on. I'm now with a corp called Greeks but there doesn't seems to be much in the way of cash to be earned by low-level players.
To grind right away you need to kill orphans in the orphanage. Though, I might suggest you not give Sister Agnes any lip as she may not pay you for awhile afterwards.
No, don't fuck with Agnus. She will fuck you to hell and back, just saying. I've done it twice on accident, and died a horrible death.
I've heard bout hell is there a soundpack for it or is a soundpack not really needed.
I have yet to find a pack. It really isn't needed, you just have to pay attention to what is going on.
Hi all. I have been talking to a person who has graciously given us Hellmoo folk a teamtalk server. Here is the info:

Request, please use your Hellmoo username.
honestly I did play this for a while, I just stopped because A I'm a bit young for this kinda thing and didn't want people finding out and B I just got bored of it
also open PK muds are just not my cup of tea, maybe I'm not careful enough
This game does burn out quickly, it gets old.
Its one of those games that doesn't really get interesting until you've got the skills for it.
If you build a bad character, you will die often.
If you're stupid, you will die,
If you don't think... you will die.
that being the case, getting up to 250 k xp and doing all the major quests can be a lot of fun, if you handle it smartly.
Yes, it is a easy way to die in hell, and gets borring when you don't know what to kill to get xp but after you grind your weapon to raw 6 spend xp on your weapon, then dodge, then weapon, but soon you will find out dodge cost more then anything, and when you choose your muts make sure they go with stats, or balance them at least.
Stormwing, you are right. But I have learned that when you mut to a zombie, it will be better, since you come back to life. You only need to wait to ressurrect.
Job and journal before even thinking about going grinding xp via killing. Because after about 180000 k, things start leveling off very quickly.
I like the journal, all the random shit that you get.
